1. Scope and responsible operator
This policy covers prudentpoker.com and the PrudentPoker public learning, news, ratings, and account pages served through its Firebase Hosting site. It does not cover third-party articles we link to or a separately hosted PrudentPoker application unless that application expressly adopts this policy. The site operator and decision-maker for the data described here is Manaspurti Technologies Private Limited, at House No. A/204, Dukle Bhavan, Tiswadi, Panaji, Goa 403001, India. 2. Data we handle

Public search on Explore runs in your browser against a public article index. It does not send your search words to a PrudentPoker search server. We do not ask public-site users to upload hand histories, payment details, government IDs, or health information. Please do not include sensitive information in ordinary support email.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on the steps you request and the account terms to provide sign-in and the saved-reading service; on legitimate interests in site and account security, error handling, editorial corrections, and responding to requests; and on legal obligations where we must preserve or disclose information. We will use consent where law requires it for a new optional purpose. Creating an account is optional for reading public content. We do not currently offer a marketing-email subscription or use account information to send promotional messages.
4. Providers and disclosures
- Google Firebase. Firebase Hosting delivers the site, Firebase Authentication handles email and Google sign-in, and Cloud Firestore stores saved article routes under your account ID. Google processes service data as described in its Firebase privacy information.
- Google sign-in. If you choose it, Google handles the sign-in interaction and shares account information needed to authenticate you. Your use of a Google account is subject to Google's own notices and controls.
- Google Fonts. The browser requests display fonts from Google's font servers. That request can disclose technical connection data such as your IP address to Google. We do not use those requests as our own behavioral analytics.
- Email service. Messages you send to the support address are handled by the mailbox provider used for that address and by authorized people responding to your request.
We may disclose information to comply with a lawful request, protect people or the service, or as part of an authorized business change, subject to applicable safeguards and notice. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will keep the public learning and news site free of advertising. Public content links lead to independent sites; those sites collect data under their own policies when you visit them.
5. Local storage and cookies
Firebase Authentication uses browser storage to keep you signed in between visits unless you sign out or clear that storage. Google sign-in may use Google's own cookies. The site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. See Cookies & storage for a current feature-by-feature explanation and browser controls.
6. International processing
Firebase Authentication processes data in the United States. The project's default Cloud Firestore database is configured in Google's nam5 United States (Central) multi-region location for saved reading. Firebase Hosting uses global infrastructure. A request to Google Fonts or Google sign-in can also involve processing outside your country. Where transfer rules apply, the operator will use the relevant provider agreements and legally required safeguards. Contact us for the current transfer information applicable to your request.
7. How long data is kept

There is no single fixed retention period for all categories above. We keep data only while a stated purpose, a security need, or a legal obligation justifies it; when those grounds end, we delete or de-identify data where feasible. Signing out or removing one saved item does not remove the account, provider logs, or backups. If you ask us to delete your account, we will verify the request, address the account and saved reading data, explain any information that must be retained, and respond under applicable law. Ask us if you need a retention detail for your data.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS and Firebase authentication and database rules. The saved-reading rule limits client access to the account owner and stores only an article route and timestamp. Access by authorized support personnel and service providers may still be needed to operate the service and answer requests. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access; never send a password by email.
9. Your choices and rights
You can read public pages without registering, choose email or Google sign-in if offered, remove saved entries in My Desk, sign out, and control local browser storage. You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete account data, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a consent where that right applies. We will verify identity before disclosing or changing account information and respond under the law that applies to your request. Some rights have exceptions. Send requests to support@prudentpoker.com; include the account email and the request type, but no password or sensitive documents in the first email.
If you are in a jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you may also complain to that authority. Contact us first if you would like us to investigate or correct a problem. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. Children and account eligibility
The public site is directed to adults, and account registration is limited to people who are at least 18 or the legal age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for this site. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update the version and effective date when the policy changes. If a material change affects account holders, we will give notice through a reasonable account or email route before it takes effect where required. New analytics, payments, or data uses require an updated product assessment and notice before launch. Our commitment to an advertising-free public learning and news site remains in place.
