1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of prudentpoker.com and its associated PrudentPoker Firebase Hosting pages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Manaspurti Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “PrudentPoker”). Our registered office is House No. A/204, Dukle Bhavan, Tiswadi, Panaji, Goa 403001, India. You can reach us through Contact & requests.
Reading public pages means you agree to the rules that apply to browsing and use of our content. Creating an account requires your separate confirmation of these Terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy policy in the account flow. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted features.
2. Who may use the Site
Public articles are intended for an adult audience. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, and legally able to accept these terms. You must not register for someone else without authority or misstate your eligibility. We may restrict access where local law makes a feature unavailable.
3. What the Site offers
The public library, newsroom, channel, and ratings are informational and educational. An account currently lets you sign in and save links to public articles in a personal reading list. The Site does not currently provide paid plans, purchases, coaching contracts, user uploads, public comments, tournament entry, or gambling services. If a later product adds any of those, it needs its own applicable terms and notices before launch.
Stories report from identified sources and may change as events develop. Reviews explain their criteria and date. We try to correct material errors; send a correction with the article URL and supporting source through Contact & requests.
4. Educational and financial-risk boundary
Our content is a study aid, not personalized financial, legal, mental-health, or gambling advice. Poker outcomes depend on chance, skill, rules, and circumstances. No lesson, rating, tool, or report guarantees a win, income, or a safe financial result. You remain responsible for your own choices and for following the law where you are. 5. Accounts and security
- Provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in details secure. Do not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may ask you to verify control of an account before responding to a request.
- Google sign-in is optional and subject to Google's separate terms. Email/password accounts use Firebase Authentication. We do not ask for your password by email.
- You may remove saved articles in My Desk and request account or data assistance through Contact & requests. Signing out does not delete an account.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully and respect other people and our systems. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the Site in a way that burdens or evades its controls, or use its content to mislead others about our endorsement. Do not use an account to conduct wagering, recruit for unlawful gambling, or target minors. Reasonable indexing of public pages by search engines is permitted subject to published crawler rules.
7. Content, links, and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site's original text, design, software, names, and marks are owned or licensed by the operator and protected by applicable law. You may read and share links, and quote short portions with attribution for lawful commentary or study. Do not republish substantial material, remove source credits, or use PrudentPoker marks to imply sponsorship without permission. Sources, reviewed resources, and linked sites remain under their own owners' rights and terms.
Links to third parties are provided for context. We do not control those sites, their accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. A rating of one learning resource is not an endorsement of every product from its publisher. If you send feedback, corrections, or suggestions, you permit us to review and use them to improve or correct the Site, while retaining any rights you have in your own material.
8. Availability and changes to the Site
We may correct, update, remove, or reorganize content and may suspend a feature to protect users or the service. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent access to a particular article or saved link. A saved link can remain in your list after its public article has been removed; the desk will show that it is unavailable.
9. Account restrictions and ending use
We may restrict or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the Site at any time. If you want your account and associated data reviewed for deletion, use Contact & requests. We may need to keep limited information where law requires it or to resolve a dispute. The Privacy policy explains data handling.
10. No warranties or guaranteed outcomes
We aim to make the Site useful and accurate, but material may contain errors, be incomplete, or become out of date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and content are supplied as available, without a promise that they are error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for your unlawful use of the Site and for respecting other people's rights. If a problem arises, contact us first so we can investigate and seek a fair resolution. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, or take away mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Indian law governs these terms to the extent that a different mandatory law does not apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute; these terms do not require private arbitration.
12. Changes to these terms
We will identify the version and effective date of the terms published on this page. If a material change affects account holders, we will provide notice through an account or email route where practicable and require renewed acceptance when needed. Continued use after an effective change may constitute acceptance only where permitted by law. An older version can be requested through Contact & requests.
